Introducing Elston Multi-Asset Income Index

About this index

Income from bonds can't keep pace with inflation.  Equity income requires a higher level of risk to capital.  Multi-asset income means diversifying income generation, whilst maintaining a balanced-risk approach.

Key points
1. Diversified monthly income: Represents income from a diversified source of income-generative asset classes, such as dividend-paying equities, bonds, property and infrastructure.
2. Balanced multi-asset approach: The index represents a 60% allocation to equity income, and 40% allocation to property, infrastructure, bonds and cash.
3. Focus on quality dividends: The equity allocation of the fund focuses on exposure to high quality companies meaning they have
maintained or increased regular dividends consistently over time.
